TV Characters the unusual look up to

We live in a world where we have created a perfect system in order to control our lives and see some sort of organizational inclination. From the first day of school to the start of your professional life you will see two types of people around you, the usual ones who are perfectly fine with the system and fit in quite well. Then there the unusual ones, or shall we say, people with learning difficulties.

Ironically, there is not much in our current world what the unsuals may be able to relate to. Everyone needs a little inspiration every now and then, from novels to TV shows; characters depicted in the story line can lighten up anyone’s day and spur a ray of hope in their lives.

If we talk about the unusual ones, there are two TV shows which can serve as an inspiration to them.

The famous TV show “Doctor Who” is a must watch for young people with learning difficulties. The character might not be as real as they get, however the “Doctor” faces some real life challenges, something the unusuals can easily relate to. The Doctor is an alien with 13 lives and 2 hearts who travels through space and time. The character is clever, has a wild imagination and is typically quite unusual. People with learning difficulties easily respond to the character and relate to his problems and inspire to be somewhat like the doctor.

Another character, Sherlock Holmes, from a TV show aired on BBC series, “The Sherlock” has gained popularity in masses specifically the unusual ones. The unique, witty and exceedingly intelligent character has a lot young people with learning difficulties can relate to. He struggles to make peace with everyday life and connect with the rest of the world while trying to prove his worth to the world.

It is a positive sign to see such characters, and few others too, gain such massive popularity amongst masses. The rather unusual ones now have an inspiration to look towards.

1,2,3 for an Entrepreneur to be!

Entrepreneurship has gained quite some prominence as an alternate to corporate lifestyle. Many individuals dream of having their own businesses but they fail to realize how to achieve that dream. However it is not as difficult as it seems.

Energy and sense of urgency

An inclination of basics lies at the heart of any energetic head honcho. It isn't sufficient to have an unprecedented thought; you need to have the will to catch up on it before other make their move. In case Mark Zuckerberg had decided to sit on Facebook and make it happen, progressively over several years as opposed to a few months, he would have been left in the dust. Rather he put his thought vigorously and practically speaking when he made a go at it, it resulted in success.

Develop a team

Indeed the individuals who appear to have based their domains all alone have had the assistance of a decent group. It is normally the case that they manufactured that group themselves. At the point when Steve Jobs established Apple he wasn't the only one, his partners provided for him understanding into the things he didn't comprehend and permitted him to develop the business in all manners on the double.

Dream Big

Young head entrepreneurs dare to dream big. They see the potential results that lie behind unimaginable contemplation and aren't overwhelmed by the extent of what they are seeking after. The truly productive individuals make things one stride immediately and work at what they can manage, however their eye is continually on the greater goal.

If you are waiting for luck to shine on you, don’t wait. There is a lot you can achieve if you stick to these basics.

Google faces competition. Still a long way to go!

Google’s monopoly seems to be facing a major compromise as other search engines emerge in the digital services market. It might not be long before we start to “Bing” for information instead of Google-ing for the same. Recent data indicates that Google has faced the worst ever decline in its market share ever since 2009.

For much of our surprise, Yahoo is climbing the ladder to regain its lost share in the market. Yahoo has not witnessed such a significant increase in its online traffic and simultaneously market share since last five years. Bing however, with 12.5% of searches, is still performing better than Yahoo in many aspects.

On the other hand, Google still hold 77.3% and 75.2% of the total internet searches in November and December respectively. According to Stat Counter, this is the lowest percentage for Google ever since 2008, when the virtual traffic was first monitored.

Experts associate much of this loss due to Yahoo’s partnership with Mozilla, which has now decided to show Yahoo search results instead of results from Google.

Google as a corporation is going through some tough times as it has been caught from all fronts. Legally Google has been facing demands from the European Union, of breaking Google Search Engine and Google Service. In the marketing field it has to deal with emerging competition.

Much is expected from Larry Page, CEO Google, and his team to guide the company out of this rather uncomforting situation.

You’ll forget “4G” once the next generation steps in

Much buzz has been made in the world of technology ever since the inception of 4G wireless network connection which left behind all previous networks with a fair distance. If you have been a “tech-enthusiast” you would remember the phases and turnarounds in the technology from 2007, when it was first launched in South Korea, till 2012, its last U.S designer initiated update.

The world has been exploring next generation of wireless technology to show up. Hans Vestberg, CEO Ericsson, has his eyes set on the 5G. He has already shared his vision on how the next “G” would enable us to establish significantly smarter and faster network intelligence. This will bring the rather revolutionary idea of “every object” being connected to the internet, to life, an idea that would change lives for the better, according to Vestberg, "We are seeing the biggest transformation ahead of us"

Although the visionary CEO does not see this project being finalized until 2020, nevertheless, he has deployed a fully committed team working diligently to oversee its execution to perfection. This swift shift from 4G to 5G would be a rather expansive one; networking in future would not just be limited to transfer of data or high speed internet. 5G is promised to be a “smart network” which would be able to understand the situation in the region of the connected device.

Vestberg gave a demonstration of the network through a helmet connected with the device which would be able to save the drivers life. Ericsson in collaboration with a Swedish sports gear manufacturer, Poc, has developed a prototype, bicycle helmet connected to the network, which would allow other cars to detect its presence and avoid collision. The technology however depends a lot on literally 100% optimization, as other vehicles also need to be connected to the network in order to prevent the collision.

Now this is just a small part of the picture of the future Vestberg envisions. We can all keep our fingers crossed and wait for Ericsson to finalize the project.
